Happy 2-Tips Tuesday!

Here are two ideas to consider this week.

1. Tools for Coaches: Level Up Your Business

In a world where AI and automation are on the rise, the most successful nutrition coaches use technology to boost productivity while keeping their coaching deeply human. Here are some tools I love that help me do just that:

Loom: Sending new clients a personalized video message with next steps makes a huge impact. It’s simple, warm, and effective—and it’s skyrocketed my conversions!

ChatGPT: My go-to for drafting professional email replies, especially in tricky situations. When I’m stuck staring at a blank screen, ChatGPT helps me craft thoughtful responses and even edit my (often wordy!) writing.

Coach Catalyst: I offer VIP clients access to my 6-week program, Powerful Progress, which drips out daily nutrition tips and habits. Bonus: PRO$PER Nutrition Certification students get this as a plug-and-play resource.

Acuity Scheduling: This scheduling app is a lifesaver! Clients book directly into my calendar with no back-and-forth emails. It’s saved me hours of admin time and costs way less than hiring a human to manage my schedule.

2. The Coaching Industry and AI

The late Stephen Hawking said: “AI is likely to be the best or worst thing to happen to humanity.”

In health coaching, where emotions around food, body image, and self-worth run deep, I believe the winning approach is:

1. Lean into the most human aspects of coaching—empathy, connection, and trust.

2. Use AI for repetitive, systematized tasks to free up time for what matters most: building deep connections with your clients.

At the end of the day, people want to be seen, heard, and valued. And right now, humans still have the upper hand in that department. (But let’s be real… the robots are coming. 🤖😳)

What do you think?

How are you using AI and tech tools in your own coaching practice?
