There are a gazillion things you could be working on. Health, finances, parenting, relationships... it's endless when it comes to self-improvement. Pick just one thing to focus on at time, and watch your life change when you slash your "shoulds" list down to just one key area.

𝗔 𝗚𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 “𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱𝘀”, 𝗦𝗼 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝟭
There are a gazillion things you could be working on.
Health, finances, parenting, relationships... it's endless when it comes to self-improvement.
Pick just one thing to focus on at time:
✅ be consistent (80%+)
✅ maintain focus
✅ actively ignore distractions
✅ finish it all the way
"I should be doing more" (in all areas) is the death of progress.
Have laser sharp focus. Go deep. Do one thing at a time.
Be ok with leaving other things left untouched. Add them to the list for later (or never).
Hit your goals, watch your life improve, and your stress and overwhelm decrease.
