Want to surprise and delight your clients without breaking the bank? We've discovered a surprisingly effective marketing and re-engagement idea with our nutrition clients: custom postcards (watch the video above).
For a mere $0.18 per person, plus a stamp, we've bee sending out 5-10 personalized postcards each to our clients past and present — and the response has been incredible!
The Stats:
• We've mailed 500 postcards so far
• It's been a $90 investment ($0.18 per postcard)... plus stamps
• We've generated over $8,400 in revenue reactivating old clients
• This surprise has been met with glowing feedback and thank you's
Think About It:
When was the last time you actually received a hand-written note in the mail?
It's a refreshing break from social media, is more thoughtful and memorable than an email, text message, or DM, and clients treasure the unexpected gesture. Plus, the simple act of showing your appreciation, or celebrating a client win, is a powerful way to bond with another human being in an era dominated by screens and technology.
If you get the message and imagery right, some people even hang it on their fridge for years as a positive reminder of working with you!
