1. How to Price Nutrition Coaching
(Exact Dollar Amounts)

 Many nutrition coaches feel lost when it comes to setting prices for their nutrition coaching services. Should you set up nutrition packages with a set number of sessions… or maybe it’s better to go with a monthly subscription? What the heck are other nutrition coaches even charging?

In today’s video, I’ll walk you through the six things to factor in when pricing your nutrition coaching services so you can attract the right clients and properly price yourself in today’s economy.

If you miss the mark on factoring in your:

  ✅  Level of experience

  ✅  Local market

  ✅  Deliverables and time commitment

  ✅  Specialization (the riches are in the niches!)

  ✅  Demand for your services

  ✅  Expenses
 

… you could wind up doing way too much work, for way too little pay! Don’t make that mistake when pricing your time and coaching services as a nutrition coach.

2. Ask a Powerful Question

How do you want to feel at the end of today?
What do you need to do now, so you can feel this way?

Try this one out with a nutrition client (or yourself). 

What answers come up for them? 

For you?


Most people stay stuck and too zoomed out on the final outcome (the goal). 


This question snaps you back to the action steps that need to be taken today, to achieve how you want to feel. There’s a sense of ownership and immediacy, and it’s a great motivational interviewing question to keep in your back pocket for when clients get too fixated on the final result.
