Your Secret Advantage (Everyone Is So Damn Tired)
Read the room and use everyone’s exhaustion to your advantage as a nutrition coach. Post-pandemic, the world just seems so damn tired. And busy. And stressed. And overworked. LOL, no, just me? I kid (sorta).
Happy 2-Tips Tuesday!
Here are two ideas to consider this week.

1. Read the Room: We’re All Exhausted
Post-pandemic, the world just seems so damn tired. And busy. And stressed. And overworked. LOL, no, just me? I kid (sorta).
The nutrition coaches that are winning the majority of clients right now are reading the room correctly. Let me show you with a quick case study using two very different YouTube Shorts, from two very different nutrition coaches.
Nutrition Coach 1: Here’s how to make a lazy chopped salad so you can still eat healthy, even when you don’t want to cook.
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/vwOTxAGg_CY
versus…
Nutrition Coach 2: Here’s how I easily weigh and measure my food.

Both are trying to be helpful and educational, but can you feel the difference?
Put yourself in the headspace of an exhausted, overworked, middle aged person who has 3 kids, a high stress job, and an aging parent in poor health. Which nutrition coach do you think they’re going to hire when shopping around for support?
As I often say inside my PRO$PER Nutrition Certification, “Beginners complicate, experts simplify”
Keeping the end goal in mind → How do I help my nutrition clients get quick wins to eat healthier more consistently?
I mostly think about:
๐ High impact habits
๐ Attainable
๐ Low effort
๐ Simple
๐ Easy
๐ Fun
Speaking of which… if you haven’t checked out LIFTOFF, our completely free Nutrition Coaching Masterclass, it consists of short and simple nutrition coaching videos filled with fun games, creative metaphors, and 3 download-and-go swipe files you can start using immediately with your own nutrition clients. If you like the coaching style of Nutrition Video 1, then you’ll love LIFTOFF.
2. What the Whole30 Lady Packs for School Lunch
Great answer to her kid. Even she’s tired, and relatable, and reads the room correctly. ;)
